15 September – Zilvar Tasting (from 17:30)

The Zilvar family winery from the Mělník region brings fresh, expressive wines that reflect the best of Czech terroir. Discover how pure, elegant, and vibrant local wine can be when made with honesty and finesse. A delightful evening for lovers of authentic taste.

6 October – Dinner with Rubia Gallega & Valbuena & Flor de Pingus (from 19:00)

Galicia on the plate, Ribera del Duero in the glass. Enjoy premium Rubia Gallega beef – known for its exceptional marbling – alongside two Spanish legends: Valbuena 5° and Flor de Pingus. An indulgent dinner for true connoisseurs.

An event that doesn’t happen every year. The cult Californian winery Harlan Estate arrives in Monarch for a once-in-a-lifetime dinner. Legendary cabernet, rare bottles, and an intimate setting. A must for collectors and serious wine enthusiasts.
